Local Med Spa Guide

For practices

One practice per treatment, per market.

These guides are read by people who have already decided to have something done and are choosing where. You pay when one of them reaches you — never for the listing, and never a share of your treatment revenue.

How it works

  • You hold the category in your market. One practice is listed for a treatment in a market. Not three, not a directory page — one. When your slot is taken, it is taken.
  • You pay per patient who reaches you, at a fixed fee agreed up front. No monthly retainer. No inquiries, no invoice.
  • Never a percentage of your treatment revenue. Revenue-share arrangements with licensed medical providers run into state fee-splitting and corporate-practice rules. We will not build a program on that, and you should be wary of anyone who offers to.
  • Every referral is attributed — page, search term, timestamp — so what you are paying for is auditable rather than asserted.
  • Editorial stays separate. Paying us does not change what a guide says about a treatment, and there is no position to buy: there is only one slot.

What a referral costs

Two prices, set by what the patient is worth to you rather than by what a click costs.

CategoryPer referred patientTypical first-year value to you
Medical weight loss · body contouring · laser hair removal$150$1,500–4,000
Botox · filler · microneedling · facial rejuvenation · facials · IV$75$300–1,250

Bought in blocks of twenty — $3,000 or $1,500 — drawn down as patients arrive. Unused referrals do not expire. Prepaid because the alternative is invoicing you monthly and arguing about names, which is a bad way to start a relationship with a practice we intend to keep for years.

Founding slots

These guides are new. They are live, they are indexed, and they are not yet ranking for everything they will rank for. That is precisely why the first practice into a category gets the terms it does — a founding rate held for the life of the engagement, and first refusal on the adjacent categories in its market as they open.

What you are buying at this stage is the slot, not this month's traffic. If you would rather wait and see the numbers first, wait — the slot will be gone and the price will be the standing one, and both of those things are fine.

What we need from you

Accurate treatment and credential information, a working inquiry destination, and someone who answers it. The last one matters more than most practices expect. Since you only pay on patients who reach you, response time is the whole difference between a program that pays for itself and one that never gets going.

Who this suits

Practices that are good at the work and hard to find. If you are already the first result for your main treatment in your town, you do not need us, and we will tell you so rather than take the money.

We also do a small amount of deeper work — the operations, booking, follow-up and reporting side — for a limited number of practices a year. That is a different conversation and it starts the same way.
